Job Description: As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Proactively reaching out to prospective clients via phone, email, and other channels to introduce our products/services.
  • Understanding client needs and presenting appropriate solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Nurturing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Keeping accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM software.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
  • Participating in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in an inside sales or telemarketing role.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships.
  • Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is preferable.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as within a team.
